I notice that many people ‘try’ to grow spiritually. Do you try to breathe? No, you just breathe. It’s as natural to spiritually grow as it is to breathe. However, most people do not really breathe. They breathe off the top of their lungs, very rarely filling them. Approximately 80% of the oxygen you breathe in is needed by the brain, and 80% of not enough is not enough.
So if we cannot do something as simple as breathing in a way that works for us, flooding our cells with oxygen, how likely is it that we will live in a way that spiritually works for us? A suggestion: just as we need to be more conscious of fully breathing, so we need to be more conscious of living in a manner that stimulates spiritual growth.
Try deep breathing while constantly and consciously . . . choosing Love!
