I notice with an ever-ongoing sense of surprise that so many people struggle valiantly with their daily life. They harbour fears, anxieties and panic. Never try to work out how to live your life next week, next year. If you project ahead from a current state of anxiety, then you are projecting anxiety forward, and your future will be the same as your past, and your now. Take life one day at a time. Focus as much as possible each day on Loving yourself, on respecting yourself, and in appreciating yourself. Crazy as it sounds, you are the world. If things go wrong, just get on with life and living. Things do go wrong for us, but that does not mean it is wrong/bad. Often in hindsight whatever it was that went wrong was wrong/good. In fact, I suggest you throw aways words like right and wrong, and good and bad. Then you can live with – It is as it is. And you simply deal with it. Once the judgement is removed, life is far more clear and surprisingly easier.
And of course, it helps to constantly and consciously . . . choose Love!
